- Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant to support one of the Commonwealth Financial Group’s premier advisor teams.
This is an ideal position for someone with 2-4 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will work cohesively with our team to assist both Advisors. Key Job Functions Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Calendar Management for Advisors
- Email/Outlook Organization
- Maintain up to date tracking of all client onboarding workflows and client records in CRM
- Client Correspondence & Service
- Process and sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Paper and Electronic Filing
- Meeting Preparation
- Assist a growing support team to ensure proper execution of business strategy
- Identify areas for improved efficiencies in all the above key job functions Job Requirements Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong interpersonal and client servicing skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related studies preferred.
- 2-4 years of prior sales support experience preferred.
- Financial Services industry experience preferred. Skills
- Strong initiative, with high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management; must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks.
- Must excel in an ultra-fast paced environment.
- Ability to take direction
- Must be technologically savvy, efficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must be a genuine problem solver, with the ability to comfortably operate autonomously.
