Executive Assistant Recesso Physical Therapy, LLC 11 Garden Road, Plaistow, NH 03865 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various office tasks, including managing phone systems, maintaining records, and assisting with daily operations. The ideal candidate will be willing to float to our office locations and schedule appointments for all three locations. Responsibilities Front office responsibilities including, but not limited to, patient scheduling, answering phones, obtaining accurate patient demographics and insurance information. Friendly and joyful customer service demeanor Assist in scheduling appointments and managing therapists’ schedules. Maintain organized electronic filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents. Provide support for office operations by handling correspondence, including emails, faxes, and other messaging platforms. Utilize computer systems to input data accurately and efficiently; proficiency in computerized office software is required. Coordinate and communicate with our billing team to ensure efficient billing procedures and timely reimbursement. Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by management. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve office efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant or in a similar medical scheduling role is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
