Mon/Fri Remote | Tues-Thurs In Office | 8:30 AM•5:00 PM | Summer Fridays (Make up 4 hours earlier in the week) Job Description We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Board of Directors during a temporary 2-3-month assignment (covering medical leave). You will be the right-hand to a highly engaged and fast-paced CEO and work closely with leadership across our organization of approximately 88 employees and a 7-member Board. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management, strong communication skills, and expert Microsoft Office experience , especially in Outlook Calendar and PowerPoint. You’ll be part administrator, part air-traffic controller, and part behind-the-scenes hero—helping meetings run smoothly, materials be prepped on time, and calendars stay conflict-free. Key Responsibilities HEAVY calendar management for CEO — daily scheduling, committee and board meetings, trainings, and cross-functional planning Coordinate leadership and board training (in-person and virtual) Work with CEO to finalize agendas, gather presentations, and upload materials to portals Schedule meetings 1 month in advance , confirm details, and ensure participants are prepped Send rereads and presentation materials to Board members and clients Light troubleshooting of IT issues , general office inquiries (yes, even “where’s the creamer?”) Prepare and manage CEO expenses and ad hoc administrative needs Act as point-of-contact for day-of meeting coordination and follow-up Requirements 3+ years supporting C-level executives (CEO experience strongly preferred) Experience working with or supporting a Board of Directors Expert in Microsoft Outlook Calendar & PowerPoint Intermediate Excel skills Strong communicator with professional, polished demeanor Exceptional organizational and time management skills Tech-savvy, quick problem-solver, and calm under pressure Able to hit the ground running and train with the current assistant before leave starts
