Job Overview:
This role offers Executive Assistant (EA) support to the Head of Banking and Financial Services (Americas) and up to 1 additional Partner. The selected candidate will be an integral member of the team, fostering collaboration and synergy among key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
This a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in our office. There is no option to be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule high volume of meetings with senior-level executives and clients in a global setting across multiple time-zonesAct as representative of Partners and Financial Services (FS) practice when corresponding with clients and senior-level executivesPrepare and edit documents for Partners and FS teamManage administrative activities such as arranging complex domestic and international travel and accommodations, preparing and processing expense reports, arranging visas, and coordinating logistics and catering for internal meetingsCoordinate practice meetings and off-sites and related administrative needs such as meeting scheduling, logistical planning, preparing and circulating documents, taking meeting notes, capturing and chasing action itemsHandle event planning as needed for dinners, town hall meetings, and social events by selecting the venue/vendor, preparing the budget and managing logistics either personally or through offsite liaisonsAssist with administrative projects as necessaryProvide coverage and back-up support to other Executive Assistants supporting C-Level executivesAct as central figure and participant in the FS practice to help share information across the team and keep the team connected
Experience Required:
At least five years of experience working in an executive assistant role at the senior executive level Experience in management consulting firm or similar industry is preferred, but not requiredExperience with project coordination and is capable of handling initiatives from end to end effectively
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel skillsExpert knowledge of OutlookStrong knowledge of Salesforce, ability to create custom reports and slides

Finally, we are looking for someone who will be committed to the company and add to the life and culture of Oliver WymanThe applicable base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
