We are a fast-growing fashion company with contemporary brands located in the New York City offering a hybrid schedule. We are looking for an Account Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Sales and Merchandising. As Sales Support, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and the day to day communications.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, as well as experience in sales support or account management. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Most importantly, you should be passionate about fashion and eager to learn and grow in this exciting industry.
Job Description
Support Vice President of Sales with multiple accounts.
Assisted the Vice President of Sales with Accounts during market week, and line preparation.
Maintain showroom set up for market appointments.
Create an update available to sell sales reports.
Maintain daily order integrity through order status reports
Manage order maintenance and follow up with any issues that need to be resolved
Enter orders and maintain orders in the system.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
PLM•Simparel is a plus
2-3 years’ experience in fashion wholesale
Knowledge of customer service and order entry and order inquires is a plus
