Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team within Lakeview Loan Servicing. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of coordination, helping to streamline operations, facilitate effective communication, and support strategic initiatives. Hourly range is between $48.08/hr to $57.69/hr, with an annual bonus. Role will be located in-office in New York City.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to one or more executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Prepare, format, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, agenda creation, and minutes follow-up. Assist with the planning and execution of team offsites, business reviews, and executive briefings. Track key deadlines, follow up on action items, and support project coordination efforts. Manage document retention and assist with regulatory/audit documentation needs related to finance or mortgage processes. Support leadership with data entry, reporting, or ad hoc requests related to operational or departmental goals. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion in compliance with company and industry standards. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a finance, banking, or mortgage operations environment. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Concur, DocuSign, SharePoint) is a plus. Familiarity with industry terminology and the structure of mortgage/finance organizations. Proactive, self-starter mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to build strong working relationships across departments. Demonstrated success working in a deadline-driven, compliance-sensitive environment.
