Job Description

A global investment firm is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to support a team of executives. This is a challenging yet interesting position that allows direct impact at the highest level, working in a collaborative team environment. Ideally, candidates would have experience working within financial services, real estate, or hospitality. This role is on-site five days per week in Midtown Manhattan. Hours 10 am – 6:30 pm, with overtime needed on occasion Base $150-170k plus bonus

Experience:

Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for executives Arrange flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, foreign currency, creating itineraries, etc. as necessary Arrange, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments Draft outgoing correspondence, compose emails, and read/file incoming correspondence Reconcile and prepare expense reports Maintain an up-to-date database of business and personal contacts Assist with project work and internal and external communications as needed Other duties as needed on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 10 + years of experience supporting executives in professional services Experience in a fast-paced, global organization Proficient PC skills (

MS Office:

Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Adobe) Bachelor’s degree required Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills Client-service oriented with strong discretion and ability to deal with highly confidential information Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexible and able to work additional hours when needed
