Job Description
Job Summary Prestigious strategy consulting firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a long-term Temporary Executive Assistant with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is part of a collaborative EA team supporting senior leaders and internal operations, with the opportunity to engage on the project management side once performance is proven to be strong. This position will start full-time in the office with hybrid flexibility (2-3 days in) over time once trust is established. Compensation is $40-45/hour DOE.
Responsibilities include:
Managing calendars and internal scheduling
Assisting with business development requests, client meetings and lunches
Managing team expenses and travel booking
While project engagement isn’t part of the role initially, high-performing candidates may be looped into that side over time
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates are sharp, client-savvy, detail-oriented, and flexible
A professional, proactive approach and strong organizational skills are essential
This position starts full-time in-office and moves to hybrid once the person is up to speed
