Job Description

Job Summary Our client, a real estate investment and development firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. This role is fully onsite, five days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of the Credit Group, including heavy calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner
  • Track, coordinate, and follow up on legal documents for signature, notarization, and payment processing
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely document execution
  • Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants in the New York office
  • Act as a proactive and reliable gatekeeper and liaison for the executive
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Receive and respond to direct and constructive feedback professionally
Qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leadership in finance, legal, or real estate environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience handling legal documentation processes preferred
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable with direct communication and able to maintain composure under pressure
  • Degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
  • Base salary up to $110K plus overtime plus bonus
