Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will: Scheduling, calendar management, and gatekeeping Preparing daily/weekly agendas Planning and execution of meetings, events, and activities Preparing/ensuring the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and talking points Managing meeting follow ups and tracking accountabilities Booking travel (primarily domestic) Processing expenses Correspondence and light research Document management and filing Providing back-up EA support to other executives and departments when needed Special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from competitive US college or equivalent Minimum five years’ experience supporting a C-level executive Commitment to the organization’s mission Superior writing and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated capacity to exercise judgment, strict confidentiality, and discretion Ability to match the fast-paced working style, make decisions and changes quickly Maintain a positive, open disposition, even in the face of stressful circumstances Ability to multitask, remain extremely organized, and manage the multiple moving parts that constitute the job
