Job Description
Job Summary A leading private equity firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Industrial Growth team on a temporary basis for at least 3 months. This is a high-priority need due to an upcoming departure, and the team is eager to onboard a high-quality temp who can hit the ground running. While a full-time search will run concurrently, a strong temp may be reassigned internally depending on timing-flexibility is key. This role requires Mon-Thurs on-site with Fridays remote from 9am-5pm and reachability after-hours as needed. Pay rate up to $40/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive support to a team of 8-9 professionals across all levels (Senior Partners to Associates)
Manage calendars and schedule meetings, coordinating across time zones
Book and manage domestic and international travel
Submit and track expense reports
Collaborate closely with other EAs to coordinate meetings, coverage, and logistics
Utilize internal documentation to understand individual preferences and support needs
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (must have held EA title)
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the finance industry (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; able to partner effectively with other admins
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Team & Culture:
The EA will join an established and collaborative administrative team of 4 within the Industrial Growth vertical
Firm-wide, the admin function is valued and well-supported (~15 EAs total)
The team maintains clear documentation on each executive’s preferences, making onboarding and support efficient
