Job Description
Job Summary Our client, a top-tier investment firm, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a dynamic team of 5-6 professionals, including Junior Partners, Managing Directors, and Vice Presidents. This is a high-priority hire due to the upcoming departure of a long-tenured EA who has been a valued, low-ego, and incredibly reliable team member since 2016. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who wants to be part of a best-in-class team supporting a highly respected and collegial group of leaders. Hours are 9/9:30-6/6:30pm, requiring Monday-Thursday on-site with Fridays remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex, high-volume calendars across time zones
Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel using a preferred travel agency
Anticipate needs and prioritize scheduling, including handling urgent or last-minute requests
Prepare and submit monthly expense reports using Concur
Support ad hoc projects such as visa applications, phone plans, document prep, and occasional light personal tasks (e.g., vacation planning)
Ideal Candidate:
5-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
Background in finance or legal industries strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple high-level stakeholders
Responsive, detail-oriented, and able to think several steps ahead
Kind, collaborative, low-ego, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
