The Supply Chain Optimization Technologies team is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors at our NYC Hub. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel as well as manage Space for this building. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. Key job responsibilities 5 days/week in-office requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
