Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned, senior-level Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and high-powered commercial real estate consultant based in New York City. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of loyalty and long-term tenure, with at least four to five years in each previous role. This client places immense value on consistency and commitment. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, high-level organization, and the ability to anticipate needs. You will be responsible for managing a fast-paced and ever-changing calendar, coordinating both personal and business travel, and crafting beautifully detailed travel itineraries. While there is flexibility to work remotely, you must be based in NYC and available to work from the client’s stunning Midtown office when she is in town. Any experience in the Real Estate or Fashion industry would be a bonus! Compensation is flexible depending on experience, targeted between $100,000 and $130,000.
