Executive Assistant (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)

Location:

Remote (with occasional in-person opportunities in Central New York preferred)

From large-scale summits and editorial campaigns to intimate networking events and podcast interviews, our mission is to connect and elevate women across Central New York.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and communications-savvy Executive Assistant to support our founder and help keep the business running smoothly. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a background in events, media, or hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Partner Onboarding Coordinate onboarding communications, collect necessary documentation, and draft contracts using templates Serve as a point of contact for new clients, sponsors, and collaborators Calendar & Executive Support Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments Anticipate needs and support efficient daily operations Project & Event Management Support logistics for events, retreats, and media campaigns Track deadlines, deliverables, and vendor coordination using Monday.com Community Engagement & Outreach Communicate professionally with members, partners, and event attendees Support campaigns to grow audience, enhance visibility, and foster engagement Content & Asset Organization Use Google Workspace to organize files, event materials, and media assets Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and client-facing documents

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or community management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed Proficient in Google Workspace and Monday.com (or a quick learner) Experience in events, media, or hospitality strongly preferred Comfortable representing our brand, products, and services with professionalism and enthusiasm Why Work With Us?
