The Role:
Executive Assistant to the COO We’re searching for a proactive, detail-obsessed, relationship-minded professional to serve as the right hand to our Chief Operating Officer. This is no ordinary admin role—it’s a high-visibility, high-impact position that requires sharp thinking, seamless execution, and a passion for things that run smoothly. You’ll be the organizational backbone for the COO, helping to streamline operations, manage key relationships, and ensure the business moves with precision and purpose. Own the calendar, manage schedules, prioritize time, and anticipate needs before they arise. Keep things moving. Coordinate meetings, track tasks, prep materials, and keep key projects on pace and on point. Elevate communication. Draft, review, and refine internal and external communications—your attention to tone and detail will set the bar. Act as a liaison. Build trusted relationships across teams and with external partners, ensuring follow-through and thoughtful communication. Solve problems before they start. Whether it’s logistics, projects, or timelines—you’re always thinking one step ahead. Be a culture-builder. Your attitude, presence, and professionalism will set the tone for the office and contribute to our vibrant, team-first culture.
