Robert Half is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a local organization’s senior leadership team. This key role is integral to our success, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage complex scheduling for executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. +
Communication Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication. +
Meeting Preparation:
Prepare agendas, reports, and presentation materials for executive meetings, and take detailed minutes during discussions. +
Travel Coordination:
Organize domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports. +
Document Management:
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executives. +
Confidential Support:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. +
Problem Solving:
Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address any potential challenges or obstacles. +
Other Administrative Duties:
Support additional projects, events, and ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure the success of the company and its leadership team.
Requirements Required Qualifications:

Experience:
A minimum of [Insert Years, e.g., 3+ years] of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives. +
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or certifications in business administration or a related field is a plus. +
Technical Skills:

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. +
Organizational Skills:
High level of attention to detail, time management expertise, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. +
Problem-Solving Ability:
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to react quickly and calmly under pressure. +
