This face-to-face role will visit and service our existingaccounts, agents, and customers in Northwest Los Angeles,California and the surrounding areas. It is the most important partof our overall strategy as we propel growth in a competitivebusiness environment. In this pivotal role, you will have anintegral role in the Western Union sales organization. RoleResponsibilities In-person visits to existing agents, in NorthwestLos Angeles, California and surroundings areas, traveling 4-5 daysper week. As a part of daily operations, Account DevelopmentExecutives regularly visit agents within the assigned territory.

Grow the business by signing, training, and activating newofferings with existing retail agents and managing and identifyingbusiness development opportunities to bring on new agents. Manageexisting network relationships, with focus on business andoperational support, to assure business continuity and growth ofall network channels. Perform sales work in the field in order tomeet and exceed transaction and revenue growth objectives in yourassigned area. Handle special projects on a timely basis, thatinclude sales blitzes, hosting Customer Appreciation Events at keyhigh opportunity location to drive volume. Build relationships withrelevant grassroots and community organizations. Monitorcompetition status like network expansion, prices changes,commission, and incentive adjustments, and report the informationthrough the appropriate channels. Provide weekly business reportsincluding sales activity, competitive activity, and areahighlights. Partner with Agents’ support areas (Collections, ITSupport, Credit, etc.) to resolve any issues that might potentiallylimit agents’ operations. Analyze, comprehend, and understandproductivity reports and work within assigned expense budgets andfile required reports. Role Requirements 2-3 years of salesexperience, preferably from the Money Transfer industry. Educationor equivalent skills are required. Bilingual in English and Spanishhighly preferred. Fluency in English is required. Documented trackrecord of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and maintaining soundbusiness relationships. Excellent communication skills with theability to connect with internal/external stakeholders. Salesprofessionals should possess a consultative sales approach.

Total on target compensation combines base salary with ahigh-impact commission structure that aligns with individual andcompany performance.
