Job Summary :

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the President of the company by handling a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive’s office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant acts as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence, responding when appropriate. Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned. Both personal and professional. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 platform and generally strong technology skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Full-time position with standard office hours; 3 Days in office, 2 days remote. flexibility may be required based on executive needs.
