You are knowledgable about computers and a whiz with Google Workspace (our company runs on Google Drive, Email, Docs, Sheets, Calendars, etc.) You are prepared and ready to work nights and weekends, as is required. Your primary duties in this role will include : Maintain the CEO’s professional and personal calendars. Utilize incredible organizational skills

  • You will help a creative mind stay organized without stifling her creativity.

Being the planning software GURU that is able to enter and oversee the detail entry for our on and off-site events, run the reports needed for valuable company data, and understand & implement policies, procedures, etc. Create new files, planning timelines, and documents for events overseen by the CEO. Facilitate client planning benchmarks & deadlines. Write thank-you notes on the CEO’s behalf (after learning her brand and verbiage) so we are providing expertly hand-held client experiences. Schedule staff meetings and other team events as directed by the CEO. Complete & distribute agendas for these meetings. Create and make changes to team schedules, assist in event staffing. Organize and send client gifts quarterly and as deemed necessary by CEO. Schedule phone calls and appointments for the CEO (utilizing Google Calendar). Serve as an additional point of contact with the company’s outsourced accounting team. Emailing employee information, compiling staff hours, and troubleshooting payroll issues. Represent the CEO as the point of contact for contracted outside vendors, as needed. Work with a sense of urgency so as to be a Smart Steward of your time. Assist in the organization of the Hewitt House and the CEO’s owner’s suite, communicating with the Operations team, housekeeper(s), and contractors to ensure all requirements are met. Provide phone coverage & front desk support, as needed. Assist with anything that the CEO needs, both professionally and personally.
