We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with expertise in Google Sheets or Excel, QuickBooks, and a passion for keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including scheduling and correspondence. Manage and organize spreadsheets with advanced Google Sheets or Excel knowledge (i.e., formulas, pivot tables, charts). Perform bookkeeping duties, including inputting financial data and reconciling accounts using QuickBooks. Handle data entry, maintain organized records, and ensure the accuracy of all documentation. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and tracking progress on key projects. Customer or client inquiries professionally. Organize and maintain files, meeting notes, and office materials to keep the team on track. Assist in ordering supplies, coordinating events, and other office-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced functions Working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software). Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Trustworthy, reliable, and a proactive problem-solver. Experience with scheduling software, file management tools, and general office equipment is a plus.
