Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and room for growth. 🛠️
Key Responsibilities:
Enter new leads into our CRM system accurately and promptly Assign and track service tickets to field teams Visit job sites to take photos for estimates (local travel required) Respond to customer inquiries and emails in a timely, professional manner Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed ✅
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Home office setup with a computer and all-in-one printer/copier/scanner Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Ability to pass a background check 📍
Location:
