Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Principal. This role requires exceptional technical proficiency, a fast-paced work ethic, and the ability to handle high-level administrative tasks with precision and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Principal. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Assist in managing internal and external communications, including drafting emails and correspondence. Oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned. Coordinate and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Leverage technology to streamline administrative tasks and improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business tools. Strong technical skills, including experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms. Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
