We serve seniors in nursing homes, assisted living centers, and retirement communities across Tennessee—and behind the scenes, we need someone who can help keep our leadership running smoothly. We’re a fast-growing, people-first company, and we’re looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to the CEO/Founder who thrives on organizing, communicating, and keeping the wheels turning. The Role:
Support That Drives the Mission This isn’t a generic admin position. You’ll be working closely with our CEO—someone deeply involved in the heart of the organization—helping manage their schedule, communications, and projects. You’ll also play a key part in supporting the broader leadership team as needed, acting as a central hub for coordination and communication. Be the Right Hand to the CEO Here’s what your day-to-day could look like: Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings Organize personal and professional appointments Sit in on Zoom calls to track follow-ups or action items Assist with inbox and communication management
Keep Operations Flowing Smoothly:
Check, sort, and scan mail Maintain supply inventories and organize deliveries Track and ship gear for new hires Update internal spreadsheets and project logs Liaise with the

Hours:
Monday through Friday, either 11 AM-2 PM or 12 PM-3
