Executive Assistant:
Schedule Coordination :

Manage the Executive General Manager’s calendar and schedule, particularly in relation to team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

Dealer Communications :

Act as a communication hub between the EGM and individual departments, ensuring alignment on goals, promotions, and process improvements

Reporting & Data Management :

Prepare and analyze reports for all departments

Vendor & Partner Coordination :

Assist with managing relationships with key automotive vendors, suppliers, and other partners, including tracking contracts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations

Process Improvement Support :

Help identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements, contributing to increased productivity and customer satisfaction

Inventory & Logistics Assistance :

Provide support with inventory tracking and ordering processes to ensure seamless operation Qualifications/Requirements –

Executive Assistant:

This is an on-site position Experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the automotive industry or a similar industry such as RV, Powersport, Motorsport, or Marine is highly desired Accounting experience is a plus Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail Strong communication skills for interfacing with various departments and vendors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with dealership management software is a plus A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
