Executive Assistant to the CEO Brentwood, TN (On-site) Full Time LSM, a fast-paced and growing advertising agency, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to keep things moving behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, loves solving problems before they happen, and knows how to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and extensive travel planning Oversee office operations to ensure a productive and professional environment Support HR administration , including onboarding, file management, and compliance Assist with collections and follow-up on outstanding client payments Anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and follow through with precision
