The Company:
U.S. Title has been a family owned and operated company for 30+ years, starting operation in 1992.
Position:
Full-time position. Need to be in the office and ready to work during office hours: 8:30a-5:00p.
File opening:
order title searches and input information from the contract into our system. Prepare the Title Commitments for the Title Agent to sign off once the search is back.
Prepare for closings by:
reaching out to customers to gather information, inputting that information into our system, ordering payoffs and estoppels.
Help post-close files by:
sending out payments and packages, and scanning recordable documents in preparation for recording in the public record. Help out where ever else is needed: making phone calls, scanning, shredding, mail out, light cleaning, taking out the trash.
Candidate:
Must be self-motivated & organized. Must be detail oriented. Must have a good attitude and friendly with customers. Must have a working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office. Must be a team player. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful position. Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry or Mortgage Lending is extremely helpful. We are a small office and everyone needs to pitch in when necessary. All serious candidates will undergo drug screening and background check. Compensation based on experience.
