• Capacity to answer questions regarding files and records
• Liaise with departments and employees as part of gathering and indexing materials for filing
• Manage quality control of documents to ensure proper filing
• Collect data within allotted time frames
• Make sure a high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents are arranged within specific guidelines Requirements
• At least 1 year of File Clerk experience preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
• Strong organization skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a must
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Word and Excel experience is desired
