What You’ll Do:
+ Organize, maintain, and manage both physical and digital filing systems + Conduct quality control checks to ensure documents are correctly filed and categorized + Sort, label, and file a high volume of documents including letters, invoices, and memos + Retrieve files and documents upon request, ensuring timely access to critical information + Scan, archive, copy, fax, and process documents as needed + Coordinate file indexing and document collection with other departments + Respond to inquiries regarding records, file status, and document availability + Support team members with clerical duties and contribute to cross-functional projects + Ensure filing procedures comply with company policies and security protocols + Maintain document confidentiality and handle sensitive material with discretion
Requirements Preferred Qualifications:
