UVP Production Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UV Printer Operator to join our print production team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience operating UV printers or similar equipment, such as flatbed or large-format digital printers . This role involves preparing artwork, managing print files, operating the machinery, and conducting quality control for a wide range of custom products. Key Responsibilities Operate UV flatbed printers to personalize products with text, graphics, or full-color artwork Review and prepare digital files using printer software Load and align products accurately on the print bed according to job specifications Monitor print runs for quality, consistency, and accuracy Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance (e.g., head cleaning, alignment, ink levels) Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and address any print issues Assist with post-print handling including drying, curing, and hand-off to packaging team Support other production departments as needed Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience operating UV, flatbed, or large-format printers required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow precise operating procedures and safety protocols Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using computers and basic graphic software Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Technical or vocational training in printing or graphic production is a plus Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Good visual acuity for alignment and quality control tasks
