Primary Functions File Clerk duties include filing correspondence, legal documents, organizing file materials and preparation of file folders. Management of on-site and off-site file storage. Other general office duties include occasional back-up support at reception desk during receptionist’s lunch breaks. Occasional back up support for Office Services Clerk. Duties may include making copies, file room maintenance, conference room and kitchen set-up and clean-up. Ability to occasionally assist and follow instructions by IT Dept. re computer set-up. Provide general office and administrative support, when needed. Qualifications Minimum of three years’ experience working as a File Clerk. Accurate and fast typing for pleading/discovery indices, file labels, storage forms, etc., is required. Excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality is required along with basic computer skills. Must have the ability to multi-task. (Microsoft Word 2010 or higher and Outlook.) Professional appearance and attitude required. Preferred Qualifications Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Some positions may necessitate a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, finance, marketing). Have relevant work experience that aligns with the job requirements. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others. The hourly rate for this job in this market is $25.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. #LI-DNI CBIZ.
