File Clerk/Title Specialist Job Description With the acquisition , the office will be responsible for managing an additional 100,000 titles in their vault. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented File Clerk/Title Specialist to assist with this significant increase in workload. Responsibilities Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and sorting. Provide administrative support, including front desk tasks and answering phones. Scan documents and manage electronic files. Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various tasks. Ensure attention to detail in all tasks performed. Provide customer service and support. Maintain strong attendance and be willing to work on Saturdays. Lift and manage boxes of files weighing up to 50 pounds. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail and typing skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and its applications. Excellent attendance record and willingness to work on Saturdays. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience with filing and sorting. Customer service and support experience. Work Environment The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. This is an in-office position with no remote opportunities available. The dress code is business casual, with no flip-flops, ripped jeans, or perfume allowed. This is a contract position with the possibility of moving to a different contract in another department or being hired full-time.
