Non-Student Interviewer University of North Florida – 4.2 Jacksonville, FL Job Details Part-time $15 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description Department Public Opinion Research Lab, Lab-OPS Compensation $15.00 Hourly The Interviewer position at the Public Opinion Research Laboratory is a temporary part-time position (with varying afternoon and evening hours) that will conduct a wide variety of telephone interviews to obtain critical research data. Occasional weekend work will be required. The Lab works on a project-by-project basis, meaning this will be a temporary position. During projects the lab usually operates 7 days per week. Consequently, interviewers will have the opportunity to create a flexible work schedule. Work location will be in a call center on the campus of the University of North Florida, Social Sciences Building 51, Room 2222.
Job responsibilities include:
Interview survey participants by telephone for a variety of projects Communicate to participants the importance of the survey and why their participation is valuable Follow a scripted questionnaire verbatim to collect research data Enter responses accurately into a computer system while speaking with participants Statement(s) of Understanding This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University’s policy, this position may also require a credit check.
