Pre-screen MRI, Low Dose CT (LDCT), and PET/CT patients, gathering important information regarding implants, devices, and recent procedures to ensure safety during exams. Obtain documentation for implanted devices and research MRI safety protocols. Cross-reference written orders against scheduled appointments to ensure the appropriate exam is planned and protocols are followed. Contact referring clinicians to clarify discrepancies when necessary. Ensure the diagnosis is appropriate for the ordered procedure and follow established protocols. Research and acquire additional medical history from referring clinicians when necessary. Document history and symptoms accurately in scheduling comments. What You’ll Need to

Be Successful:

High School diploma or GED. A minimum of one (1) year related medical office experience . Knowledge of medical terminology . Strong customer service skills are a must.
