Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clinic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure smooth operations in our clinic.
Responsibilities:
Handle potential customer inquiries and follow telephone script to persuade callers to schedule an appointment or come into the collection facility for testing. Perform certified urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA specimen collections. Perform specimen collections following proper chain of custody procedures, packaging of specimens, and shipping package with appropriate courier. Collect payment from clients. Report urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA test results to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client. Conduct optional outbound sales calls during the day and professionally and accurately present Fastest Labs services to prospective customers. Monitor and inventory testing supplies. Follow up on all leads for Fastest Labs service with e-mails or telephone calls. Conduct client testing and accurately record results. Manage desktop tasks, including data entry and updating patient records. File and send paperwork efficiently. Answer phone calls and address client inquiries with professionalism. Assist with other administrative duties as needed. This position description describes the general nature and level of work performed by those assigned to this position. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
