Job Description
The Research Foundation for SUNY (State University of New York), a private, not for profit organization, invites applications for Telephone Interviewers for Potsdam Institute for Applied Research (PIAR). Responsibilities include conducting telephone interviews with recent high school graduates and their families utilizing a prepared script. Keyboarding, good communication and customer service skills are required. Several bilingual interviewers are needed, especially to accommodate Spanish speakers. Once hired, on-site training will be provided. The employment period will begin on or about June 10, 2025 and end by September 30, 2025. Interviewers will need to be available for mostly evening and weekend hours. Various shifts will run from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, with most work to be done between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Starting wage is from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Review of applications will be accepted and reviewed until all positions are filled.
