Bedside Interviewer DeBiase & Levine Associates Inc Oakland, PA 15213 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interviewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews at a patient’s bedside to explain and help the patient apply for Medical Assistance benefits. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our outreach efforts. Duties Conduct interviews in-person or via phone Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for interviewees. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently following each interview session. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards throughout the interviewing process. Experience Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our capacity to engage with various communities.
