Temporary Legal Secretary – Tampa(FL) 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Tampa, FL LHH is seeking Legal Secretary with commercial litigation experience, interested in a short term assignment in Tampa, FL. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and proofreading documents and correspondence; filing and e-filing in state and federal courts; heavy calendaring; trial prep from beginning to end; generating banking reports on Excel; and other tasks as assigned. Are you an organized professional with a no-task-too-small, proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills? Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial litigation experience Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel) Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Great written and verbal communication skills supporting excellent customer service skills Position is fully onsite
