Position Summary:
The
PART TIME
- Administrative Asst/ Mgr
- provides clerical assistance to the companys staff and accounting department as well as administrative help to the management team.
Position may increase into a possible full time position with advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll, A/R, A/P
- QuickBooks 2018
- Quickbooks is not a mandatory requirement
- but preferred. However, a willingness to learn candidate may be selected for on the job training consideration.
- Enter Customer Information into
WORK ORDERS
- Process Work Orders
- Open and Close
- Some Purchasing skills required, willing to trainPrepare vendor invoices for check runs on regularly scheduled datesFile all entered invoices in appropriate orderScan and record incoming Customer PaymentsCredit Card Processing and clearingACH payment postingAssist with month end / year
- end processAssist CEO/ Office Manager directly with daily needsMaintain and well-organized filing system.
Coordinate meetings, luncheons, events and engagementsPerform Front desk reception duties, answer/direct all incoming calls(via multi-line phone system)Will manage all the incoming and out-going mail/shipments
- UPS small box and FED EX deliveriesMust be able to lift over 25 lbs.
Collaborate with Team to provide exceptional service to our Customers.
Perform other duties as required or assigned daily cleaning of office and some light vacuum and dusting as requiredAbilities required:
Excellent written and communication skillsProficient computer skills
- (Quickbooks, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Quickbooks is not a mandatory requirement
