Law Office of Kandell, Kandell & Petrie, PA is currently seeking a litigation paralegal to join our busy property insurance practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

would include:
Coordinating and scheduling client and adjuster appointments and inspections, depositions and hearings.

Interviewing clients about their property damage claims.

Carefully reviewing and keeping track of cases and managing deadlines.

Answering client calls for status updates.

Enter data in case management system.e-filing pleadings and propounding discovery.

Drafting and filing documents in conjunction with attorney oversight.

Desired Skills:

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks;Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines;

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience (preferred but not required)Proficiency with MS Word and MacAbility to work independentlyCompany DescriptionAt KKP, we have in excess of 85 years of legal experience handling property insurance claims all over the Gulf Coast states.
