Miami, FL Position:

Legal Secretary•

Non-Exempt Hours:

9:00 am•5:00 pm

ET Schedule:

Hybrid after 60 days of employment•two days remote Responsibilities include: Maintain archive on File site (including docket, correspondence, and subfolders for pleadings and discovery) Prepare and file legal documents, including state and federal court filings Arrange meetings, conferences and depositions including setup: (coffee, breakfast, lunch etc.) Arrange transport of exhibits and other materials for hearings and trial per the request of the attorney or paralegal Process Invoices, check requests, and other attorney requests for reimbursement Travel support and other logistical arrangements for attorneys Assist attorneys with administrative tasks such as travel time entry, billing requests, proofread, sort and provide mails to attorneys Contact and schedule court reporters and videographers Maintain archive on File site (including docket, correspondence, and subfolders for pleadings and discovery) File, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents in a timely manner Assist with printing requests

Requirements:
