for a Real Estate Closer
- Reviewing Title and curing any and alltitle issues.
- Review legal descriptions & HOA estoppel/city lien searches.
- Contact agent, buyer attorneys (if any) buyer and sellers.
- Order Surveys and input all information in LandTech.
- Educated in reading and resolving issues of a titlecommitment.
- Understanding of Notes, Mortgages and other recordeddocuments.
- Communications skills and time management a must.
- 2+ years experience in Real Estate processing
MUST HAVE WORKED FOR A TITLE COMPANY IN THE LAST THREE YEARS AS ACLOSER.
