Job Summary:
This position plays a crucial role as you are the first point of contact. Displaying empathy, patience, and transparency is essential as it provides clients with a positive experience and assurance with the services we provide. The Red Carpet Intake Specialist will be responsible for the intake of all potential new clients, managing the status of each lead with the assigned attorney, following up with potential new clients, sending welcome packets, delivering exceptional customer service from the outset, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Intake:
Accurately intake all information for potential new clients, gather necessary documentation related to the matter, communicate lead status to the assigned attorney, manage weekly reports, and prepare client files upon being retained.
First Point of Contact:
Answering and routing phone calls and greeting guests.
Administrative Support:
Sort and distribute mail, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Scheduling:
Schedule appointments upon request and confirm all calendared appointments. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Legal experience in a law firm setting required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
