Position Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, upbeat Compliance Coordinator (listed as Real Estate Administrator ) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves crossing t’s and dotting i’s, ensuring every piece of data and paperwork is accurate and compliant — without having to negotiate contracts themselves. If you have a knack for catching small mistakes, enjoy working with real estate documents, and thrive in a collaborative office setting, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain our Dotloop transaction management platform. Perform data entry and accuracy checks in multiple systems, including the MLS, DASH, and other company software. Double-check listing details, under-contract files, and closing documents for accuracy and compliance. Read and interpret contract details to ensure every file meets brokerage and legal standards. Communicate with team members to flag missing or incorrect information — be the last line of defense for paperwork quality! Maintain organized records and assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Support a positive, drama-free team culture — be the kind of coworker everyone loves to have around.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience working in real estate compliance, transaction coordination, or administrative support preferred. ✅ Comfortable navigating and learning various real estate platforms (Dotloop, MLS, DASH, etc.). ✅ Excellent attention to detail — you spot errors most people miss. ✅ Able to read, interpret, and understand real estate contract terms (without needing to negotiate them). ✅ Quick learner who doesn’t need constant hand-holding. ✅ Friendly, upbeat personality — no negativity or drama. ✅ Reliable and able to work well in an office environment with the rest of the team.

Schedule & Hours:

Flexible between part-time and full-time 4 to 8-hour shifts per day — schedule can be arranged before your start date Must be able to work in-office
