As a Real Estate Settlement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient management of transactions from contract to closing. Your attention to detail and communication will contribute to the overall success of the transaction and client satisfaction. This essential role provides the following support:
- Daily point of contact for clients and agents by telephone, email and in person.
- Manages, organizes, and inputs all transaction documents with accuracy and completeness.
- Transaction communication updates.
- Monitors and completes outstanding tasks such as taxes, payoffs, commission statements and other related information required for processing a real estate closing.
- Works within a developed system of tasks for clerical duties and file coordination for a smooth workflow.
- Prepares Closing Disclosures and releases final Closing numbers to all parties in the transaction.
- Prepares and prints final Closing Documents for signature and escrow disbursement. To perform this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential task at a high level of accuracy. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and ability required.
- Working knowledge of Closing statements/disclosures, lender requirements and commitments for title insurance.
- Complete knowledge of real estate contracts.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
- Excellent customer relations and people skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail, and deadline oriented.
- Computer skills including Microsoft applications and paperless production software.
Schedule:
9 AM to 5 PM Monday-Friday Commitment to an onsite role is mandatory at our Bedford, NH facility.
