Hudson County Law Firm Location:
West New York, Hudson County, NJ Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We are a busy, well-established law firm in Hudson County specializing in Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation and Civil and Probate Litigation, with additional practice areas in Real Estate and Corporate Transactional Work. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients, and we are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Secretary to join our office.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with efficiency and professionalism Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys Draft, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence Maintain organized client files and records, both physical and digital Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

Previous administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in a law firm or professional office setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Bilingual:

English/Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software (e.g., Clio, MyCase) is a plus Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is preferred but not required Why Join Us?
