Duties Oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Manage title processing activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Utilize GIS technology to support research and analysis related to real estate transactions. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct thorough research on real estate law matters to support the team’s objectives. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving service delivery and operational effectiveness. Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within a law office or related field is preferred.
