Position Summary We’re looking for a knowledgeable, motivated, and licensed Managing Broker to oversee daily operations, provide strategic leadership, and support our team of real estate professionals. This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance, recruiting top talent, mentoring agents, and contributing to the overall success of X-Cap Realty. Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and support real estate agents to maximize performance and growth Ensure brokerage compliance with all local, state, and national real estate laws and regulations Oversee and review all real estate transactions to ensure accuracy and legal integrity Implement systems, processes, and best practices for operational efficiency Lead recruiting efforts and help onboard new agents Develop and conduct training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs Serve as the escalation point for client or agent concerns and resolve conflicts professionally Collaborate with leadership to develop and achieve company goals and strategic initiatives Qualifications Active Broker’s license in New York (required) Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience Deep understanding of real estate contracts, legal compliance, and ethical practices Proven track record of agent development and recruitment Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for mentoring and growing a high-performance team Tech-savvy and familiar with real estate platforms such as

MLS, CRM
