The Coordinator will work closely with team members and clients to facilitate effective communication and superior customer service. Responsibilities Manage title processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct research related to real estate law and regulations to support team initiatives. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in title processing, preferably within a law office setting. Strong knowledge of GIS applications and their use in real estate projects is preferred. Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong research skills, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in findings. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization. Proficient in using office software and technology relevant to the role.
