Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking an experienced paralegalwith strong case management and technical skills to join a dynamiclegal team at a prominent law firm. This is an excellentopportunity to support a fast-paced practice while utilizingadvanced legal software systems.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Candidates for this role will provide comprehensive support with aprimary focus on managing the case management system, ProLaw. Theposition requires proficiency in ProLaw for entering case details,managing timelines and deadlines, uploading and organizingdocuments, and coordinating all aspects of case management. Theideal candidate will be highly organized with strong technical andcommunication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage the ProLaw casemanagement system, including entering all case details, timelines,deadlines, conflict checks, and all related documentation. Uploadand organize all case-related documents, including insurancepolicies, photos, emails, correspondence, and form letters withinProLaw. Prepare and manage settlement documents, correspondence,and other legal materials through ProLaw. Must have experience indrafting and preparing legal documents, such as settlementdocuments, form letters and reports Answer phones and speakdirectly with clients and insurance companies to gather and verifyinformation. Coordinate the preparation of legal schedules,reports, and letters, ensuring accuracy and adherence to formattingrequirements. Utilize Lexis Nexis for legal research andcase-related tasks. Experience with dictation, particularly using adigital Dictaphone for dictating letters, briefs, and other legalcorrespondence. Collaborate with legal professionals to ensuresmooth case progress and adherence to deadlines.
